As usual, here's the tl;dr
1. Production of Nock Pack is completed. Packages with Quiver X + Nock Pack / just Nock Pack to begin shipping from next week onwards.
2. Current fulfilment partner screwed up some of the orders that were sent out - missing items / delayed shipments / wrong description of items. For anyone who faces these issues, please reach out to us via [email protected] or our Facebook @bowforbold after next week as we are currently still settling the mess - please give us a week to sort it out.
3. We are doing the Nock Pack packing ourselves to ensure the fastest possible delivery :D
4. If you haven't receive your shipping notification after next week, please reach out to us and double check the address that you provided us is accurate.
The Nock Pack has officially touched down in the sunny island of Singapore!
For those of you who have been waiting patiently for your Quiver + Nock Pack packages, rest assured - we are packing them as fast as we can. (Yes, we're packing it by ourselves :( - more about this later!) You should expect a shipment notification by next week. Thank you so much for being so patient with us!!!
For our second Kickstarter, we decided to use a fulfilment partner due to the craziness we experienced packing ourselves from the first one. Trust us, it wasn't pretty.
But what we didn't expect was the craziness to two-fold when we decided to use a fulfilment partner. There were missing orders, miscommunication, wrong descriptions etc. And we received many many emails from you guys to notify us of this issue. Thankfully, we were able to save some orders in time. But for the few that we didn't manage to - we're really sorry :(
Please give us some time while we sort out this mess and you should receive a shipping notification of your order latest by next week.
To avoid the same issue from happening again, we decided to roll up our sleeves and...
